Problem

Edtech

Multiple portals and a mobile application existed, but they operated in isolation rather than as one connected ecosystem. Processes were fragmented and largely manual, limiting visibility into user engagement, training completion, incident reporting, and program impact. As the network expanded across thousands of schools, the absence of structured integration made scale increasingly complex and inefficient.

Goals

The goal was to design a unified digital framework that could securely manage multi-role access while delivering structured programs across web and mobile environments. The system needed to support schools at scale without compromising clarity or user experience. In addition, the platform required built-in tracking for engagement, surveys, culture ratings, and reporting, enabling leadership to measure program effectiveness with consistency and accuracy.

Research

We began by mapping the existing ecosystem to understand where fragmentation occurred across onboarding, communication, reporting, and program delivery. This highlighted duplicated effort, inconsistent data flow, and limited cross-platform visibility. Stakeholder discussions across administrative teams and educators helped identify operational bottlenecks. The insight was clear: users experienced the system as one journey, even though it was built as disconnected parts.

Strategy

The strategy focused on unifying systems rather than adding new layers. We designed a connected architecture that aligned portals, mobile access, and backend reporting into a single structured framework. Role-based access, secure communication channels, and standardised program workflows were prioritised to ensure clarity across users while supporting long-term scalability.

Execution

We developed an integrated platform ecosystem that consolidated onboarding, communication, reporting, and program delivery into one connected system. Each user role was structured with defined permissions and clear digital pathways. Dashboards were implemented to track engagement, survey insights, culture ratings, and incident reporting in real time. The architecture was designed to support scale without requiring constant structural redesign.
