However, their digital presence did not fully communicate this authority. While the firm was visible online, the website did not consistently reflect the depth of expertise across corporate migration, skilled visas, partner visas, and complex appeals. The site architecture and content structure limited how search engines and AI-driven platforms interpreted trust, context, and service specialisation. High-intent users were searching for strategic legal guidance, yet the digital framework did not clearly position Ethos as the authoritative, structured, and outcomes-focused firm it truly is.

Goals

The primary goal was to strengthen discoverability across both traditional SEO and emerging AI ecosystems, including AI-generated overviews and conversational search platforms. Ethos needed to appear not just in search results, but in contextually relevant positions where authority and expertise are clearly understood. Strategy

Our strategy aligned website design, UI/UX, and content architecture to serve both human navigation and machine interpretation. Every structural adjustment prioritised clarity, authority positioning, and contextual depth across service categories. SEO, AEO, and GEO were integrated at the foundation level rather than as isolated tactics.
