Problem

Delibom entered the market as a new café with no prior visibility, audience, or established identity. In a city full of cafés competing for attention, opening without a defined presence might easily result in getting lost in the crowd. The aim was not to improve anything that already existed; rather, it was to develop everything from scratch. From brand identity to digital presence, every touchpoint has to be carefully designed to ensure a powerful and confident market launch.

Goals

The idea was to position Delibom as more than just another café. It needed to be memorable from the start – visually stunning, emotionally inviting, and easy to recognise. We wanted to stimulate curiosity before the opening, develop anticipation in the neighbourhood, and make sure that when the doors opened, they felt connected to the brand.

Research

Before building anything, we studied the local café landscape and audience preferences. We looked at what attracted people to new cafés; ambience, Instagram-worthy corners, menu uniqueness, and community engagement. This helped us identify opportunities to position Delibom as a warm, aesthetically pleasing, and experience-driven café rather than just a food outlet.

Strategy

The strategy centred on building a solid foundation. We created the brand identity from scratch, including the logo, menu design, visual language, and interior aspects, ensuring that every detail reflected a consistent personality. Along with the physical location, we created a systematic digital launch plan. Social media, influencer interaction, and targeted marketing were used to generate buzz before and after the launch.

Execution

We staged professional photoshoots to capture the café's atmosphere and trademark meals, resulting in high-quality visual assets for campaign launches. A consistent content strategy was implemented to build anticipation and retain engagement. Promotional efforts and influencer visits were planned to coincide with the launch phase. Every action was meant to let Delibom enter the market with clarity and confidence.
